  • Manage the agile SDLC for a web based, full featured, cross platform online backup SaaS available in 24 languages and used by more than 3 million users
  • Scrum master for a team of 8 developers and 4 quality assurance engineers taking a product from concept to market in a fast-paced and fluid environment
  • Continue to manage all aspects of the agile SDLC through 2 major releases, 13 minor releases, and 3 betas in an ongoing effort to innovate, adapt and improve the service in a dynamic marketplace
  • Drive scrum activities including release planning, sprint planning, daily stand ups, retrospectives, and bug scrubs
  • Provide project status updates to executives and stakeholders through burndown charts and wiki updates
